2. Will the cleaning experts bring their own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we provide our own materials and supplies.
3. How many people are in a cleaning team?
In general, a team consists of 2 people, when a job is smaller or larger, the team could be adjusted to 1 or to more then 2 experts.
4. Do I need to be present for the entire cleaning?
You don't need to be present the entire time. It's helpful if you're there at the beginning and at the end, especially to explain any specific instructions and to review the final result together. You'll receive a call half an hour before the experts finish. If you're unable to be present at the end of the cleaning, you'll be asked to prepay for the service.
5. Should I empty the kitchen cabinets before you arrive?
When you create your cleaning order, you can indicate your preference for this.
6. How far in advance should I schedule a cleaning appointment?
In principle, you can still book a cleaning in the evening for the next day. But generally, booking a bit more in advance is more economical.
7. Do I need to pay the cleaners immediately?
After the cleaning, you will review the end result with our team leader. If you are satisfied, you can check the total amount at your leisure. Once you've confirmed that it's correct, you'll sign the work order to confirm you are satisfied with the services done and agree with the total amount. To complete the process, you will receive a payment link via email and SMS to securely pay the amount owed.
If you leave earlier and are not present at the end of the cleaning, you will pay the amount owed when you leave the cleaning.
Finally, if you are not present at all during the cleaning, you will need to prepay the cleaning.

8. Can I order a cleaning anywhere in the Netherlands?
We provide our services throughout the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands

You can change your appointment by calling us at 085 - 400 00 85 (local rate). Please do this within 14 days after your order or more than 7 days in advance; otherwise, there will be fee.
